Extended Coverage
For over 25 years ‘B&J Canvas’ has grown to become Queensland’s Gold Coast region’s leading wholesale provider of PVC and
canvas fabrication. The company, until recently owned and operated by Brendon Dillon and Darren Williamson, is about to expand and diversify both its manufacturing facilities and market presence.
Managing Director, Jag Dillon, has a history of creating value when it comes to building upon past success. Jag’s background includes creating a start-up company and taking it to a public company with offices in the USA, Europe and South East Asia in ten years. His many academic degrees, professional and business qualifications are also impressive.
Asked about his goals for taking the already successful ‘B&J’ company to the next level, he says, “An exciting challenge…and at the moment I’m still learning about the industry both here and overseas.”
“However I’m looking forward to the opportunity for expansion into new
market areas.” “Possibly this growth is due to the growing needs for protection from the
environment and the latest technology of PVC and textile products, colours
and architectural applications that can be utilised in so many exciting and
contemporary ways.” he said.
Whatever the reason here’s one Australian whom recognises and is ready for
the challenge. The company is forming an expansion plan with considerable
investment - and that’s good for the whole of our industry.
